2/15/2016 - Important Tax Documents are being Sent from ADP

Attention Full-Time Associates:  ADP is sending an important tax document to you for your records, in compliance with the Affordable Care Act.  While no action may be needed on your part, it is very important to save this document once received.  Click Here for details, and refer any questions to Sylatha Taylor.

2/12/2016 - Employment Classification Guidelines Updated

1/25/2016 - 2015 W-2's

As tax season approaches, we often receive multiple requests for W-2 guidance.  Here are the most popular questions asked and their answers.  For any other W-2 or payroll inquiries, please contact payroll via the IT Service Center call line or via email at


When will I get my W-2?

W-2's were made available in ADP on January 21, 2016.

You can access your W-2 by logging into your ADP iPay Statements and clicking the W-2 Button at the top of the screen.  


I forgot my password to log in to ADP.

 Please email or call the IT Service Center at or 888-701-4300, then select Option 1.


I no longer work for Paradies.  Can I still access my paystubs/W-2 online?

 Yes.  ADP iPay Statements remain accessible to former associates up to 3 years after their last day of employment.


If I change my address now, will my W-2 be mailed there?


All W-2 mailings occur based on information in the payroll records as of 1/14/16.  If your address changed after that date, you need to immediately update your information in ADP Self-Service. 

If you current address was not in the system as of the mailing date of 1/14/16, you will need to access your W-2 through ADP iPay Statements.


Can you email my W-2 or fax my W-2?

 No; due to the risk of identity theft, we do not distribute sensitive documents of this nature via email or fax, even if a verified associate makes the request.

1/11/2016 - The 2016 Associate Opinion Survey is OPEN!

We are excited to officially kick-off our 2016 Associate Opinion Survey today!  Please visit and give us your feedback.


As a reminder, we have contracted with an independent research firm, WHP Research, Inc., to conduct this survey.  Your anonymity and confidentiality are completely assured.


Please take a moment to participate in this process.  An engaged team is an important part of what  makes Paradies Lagarderè special.  Therefore, this process is critical to us continuing to make this a great place to work.  We'll close  the survey on Friday, January 22.

12/17/2015 - Associate Opinion Survey -- SAVE THE DATE!



We are excited to announce that our 2016 Associate Opinion Survey will launch on Monday, January 11, 2016.  Like last year, this anonymous and confidential survey is your opportunity to share your opinion on a number of points that will continue to help shape the future of our Company while improving your own work experience. Your feedback will once again be compiled and used to guide further positive changes across Paradies Lagardère.


We are partnering with WHP, Research, Inc. (WHP) and they will conduct the survey and analyze the results.  We are excited that after the survey has been completed, WHP will be able to compare our survey to last year’s results and to those in similar industries and size.  After the analysis and summary reports have been prepared, the results will be shared within the organization similar to last year.  


Get ready! An email invitation will go out to everyone on Monday, January 11th.  If you are a leader in the Field, please note that specific guidance and quick reference points will come your way from the HR team to help with administration to Associates over the survey period.  We are looking for very strong participation this year and need your help to make this happen. 


The survey will close Friday, January 22, 2016.
