2/08/2017 - Important Tax Documents are being Sent from ADP

Attention Full-Time Associates:  ADP is sending an important tax document to you for your records, in compliance with the Affordable Care Act.  While no action may be needed on your part, it is very important to save this document once received.  Click Here for details, and refer any questions to Sylatha Taylor.

2/08/2017 - Employment Classification Guidelines Updated

2/08/2017 - 2016 W-2's

As tax season approaches, we often receive multiple requests for W-2 guidance.  Here are the most popular questions asked and their answers.  For any other W-2 or payroll inquiries, please contact payroll via the IT Service Center call line or via email at payroll@paradies-na.com.

 

When will I get my W-2?

W-2's are made available in ADP.

You can access your W-2 by logging into your ADP iPay Statements and clicking the W-2 Button at the top of the screen.  

 

I forgot my password to log in to ADP.

 Please email or call the IT Service Center at ITServiceCenter@paradies-na.com or 888-701-4300, then select Option 1.

 

I no longer work for Paradies.  Can I still access my paystubs/W-2 online?

 Yes.  ADP iPay Statements remain accessible to former associates up to 3 years after their last day of employment.

 

If I change my address now, will my W-2 be mailed there?

 

All W-2 mailings occur based on information in the payroll records as of 1/14/16.  If your address changed after that date, you need to immediately update your information in ADP Self-Service. 

If you current address was not in the system as of the mailing date of 1/14/16, you will need to access your W-2 through ADP iPay Statements.

 

Can you email my W-2 or fax my W-2?

 No; due to the risk of identity theft, we do not distribute sensitive documents of this nature via email or fax, even if a verified associate makes the request.
